This is currently my favorite dinner. There's prepping involved, but no real cooking, so I like that. And it's weird, I never liked beef links growing up (I used beef kielbasa Polska for this recipe). But nooow...it's a different story! Maybe it was the type of beef my mom used that wasn't that great or maybe my taste buds have just changed but BRING ON THE KIELBASA BABY!
I love the way it flavors all the veggies in the packet. You can put pretty much whatever veggies you love; I use red potatoes, green peppers, yellow onions, and broccoli.
Sprinkle with some salt and pepper, add a tab of butter on top, close it up, throw them in the oven.
I bake mine at 375 for an hour. I'm thinking I should up the temp to 400 or 425.
Steamy!
Ah-mazing. They are so good. And cheap. I love me some good, cheap dinners.
