
I.Am.Obsessed.
It’s like the easiest meal to make. It’s tilapia seasoned with McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning…sauteed in some EVOO…then flaked up while still in the pan with some avocado thrown in the last few minutes of cooking. Topped onto some tasty, awesomelyhealthyforyou quinoa. Ugh…SO good.
