Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich

It's kind of hard to tell, but there's two cheeses in there, cheddar cheese (obviously) and provolone.  Soooooo good...I had it once at a restaurant (I think I'm the only person who orders a grilled cheese sandwich when out at a restaurant), and I had to ask them what cheeses they used.  After they looked at me like I was pathetic and crazy, they told me cheddar and provolone.  Why didn't I ever think of that?!

The other ingredient that makes this sandwich awesome, is Texas Roadhouse Bread.  The bread has got to be thick, or else it won't be able to hold the cheese as well.  It's still good on regular bread though.  That's what I have pictured above.  And pickles make the perfect side for this!

Sigh...I'm such a simple girl, the littlest things make me so happy.

Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Texas Roadhouse Bread (any thick sandwich bread)
Sliced Provolone cheese
Sliced cheddar cheese
Butter

Preheat your griddle/pan to medium low heat.  Melt a little butter in the pan, and lay down your first slice of bread.  Layer a slice of provolone and a slice of cheddar cheese.  Butter the other slice of bread and lay it on the sandwich.  Sort of press down with your spatula to help the cheese melt.
Flip sandwich after a minute or two (when bread is browned).  Grill other side until brown and cheese is melted. Big winnings, slots, roulette, blackjack. Casino Online - great contests, jackpots, amazing casino, vip games!

Provolone sounds good to add! My mother also told me about using Swiss Cheese only for a toasted cheese sandwich- it's yummy.

Grilled cheese is my favorite too! Hawaiian Sweet bread comes ina round loaf. Slice across loaf the size you wish and make your sandwich. The best grilled cheese you have ever put in your mouth!
