8 Current Things I Want To Remember

  1. The way Dac pushes himself up by his arms in bed and dramatically cries out for me. No matter how sleepy I am, I'm compelled to kiss his face a million times.
  2. The way Pig busts into the room by opening the door so hard it hits the wall and all I see is his little silhouette in the doorframe. That Shark song would be fitting for his entrances.
  3. The way Pig says "Caaa-I-ha-some?" {can I have some} in one long word, and he says it every single time he sees me attempt to enjoy a food or beverage.
  4. The way Dac makes dinosaur screams {hence, pterodactyl} whenever he's mad. It sounds horrible but it's SO precious.
  5. The way Pig yells out "No Mommy!" to Luis whenever I say something he doesn't like. Like I'll say "It's time to take your bath" and he'll look at Luis and say "No Mommy!" and Luis has to look at me and say "No Mommy!" and scold me. Pig then goes back to playing cause he thinks this is actually legit.
  6. The way I say to Dac, "Whatchuu wooont eyeeeesick?!" (What you want Isaac lol). He always smiles when I say it.
  7. The way Pig has a routine ritual he must do before every nap and bedtime - he has to lock the door, check the knob, get into bed, count the stars that are on the screen of my phone {"One...five...seven...seven...one...eleven."}, and then lays down and does a weird cheerleading move with his arm.
  8. The way I listen to Finding Nemo's theme song and Dumbo's "Baby Mine" songs on my phone while putting Pig to sleep and how I always get a lump in my throat from wanting to cry while listening to them. I love to make myself feel depressed!
