Random Facts, Crib Transfer & More Elderberry

You know that game that was going around on Facebook, the one where someone shares facts about themselves, you "like" their status and they give you a number and then you have to share that number of facts about yourself?

Well I thought it'd be fun to play it here too since I was loving reading all the random facts my friends wrote about themselves. Some people got really personal and honest and I thought that was so cool.

So here are seven random facts about myself that not everyone knows about me. If you'd like a number, let me know in a comment and I'll assign you one!

[ 7 FACTS ABOUT ME ]

1. I used to be the limbo champion at the skating rink. I would skate down into the splits until my chin almost hit the floor and go under the bar. Won every time!

For your viewing pleasure...

2. I have zero reflexes. Luis jumps out and scares me and I scream 5 seconds later.

3. I wish my mother-in-law and I could know each other better, but we don't speak the same language.

4. I've given birth at home two times.

5. I feel like I fail my children all the time.

6. I have an admiring fascination with Jews and Mormons.

7. I married an "illegal" immigrant, and it changed my views forever.

[IN OTHER NEWS]
We were sleeping with the crib attached to the bed. Usually Dacky took the bed and I slept in the crib portion 😉
But I wanted to attempt putting him to sleep in his own separate area since he's a light sleeper. This is what he thought about it.
It's all fun and games until someone tries to get some sleep
It's not working out so hot, but whatever. It's also kind of hard for me to put him back in his crib when he is just so sweet smelling and warm! I have a serious issue of wanting to get more sleep while at the same time not wanting to sleep apart from him. I realize the crib is only like, two feet away from my bed now (LOL) but apparently I prefer to sleep hanging onto the edge of my bed with him right up against me, (seriously, how do babies move across the bed in their sleep like that?)
And Pig got sick again, so Luis and I were doing more of this to prevent ourselves from catching it.
Honey & garlic
I went easy on Luis and didn't give him much garlic. Mine had a lot more. So gross but I really wanted to be proactive because I did not want his cough!
And I'm almost finished repainting the laundry room from dark brown to light grey!
Unfortunately, Luis isn't taking the new color too well. He likes his crap brown walls and this is making him seriously upset. He eventually said to just do what I wanted since I'm the one who is here most of the time. I still hate that he hates it so much. Hopefully he'll come around.
Happy Monday everyone!
