Life With Two & Piggie Turns 2

No naps allowed!

So how is life with two everyone asks. Well I just can't seem to get the hang of it yet, I feel like I've failed every day when I go to bed. Not sure how to juggle two of these little guys at the same time. I've gotten tips from websites and other moms, but it's all easier in theory. Cause when I try to apply it, it usually goes the opposite from how I imagined it in my Mary Poppin fantasies. And then I meet these single moms with two babies and they freakin rock at containing both. I guess when you don't have a partner you learn how to survive a lot quicker. Okay I'm done whining and dwelling.

Piggie turned 2 a couple weeks ago. This is the vanilla cake with strawberry icing I made him:

I'll post the recipe for it soon. It's also in my Pinterest board for desserts. So very yummy and worth all the trouble! I made him his favorite dinner; spaghetti and cheese bread which he thinks is pizza. I made all this food with The Dactyl strapped to my chest. I guess I should give myself (and my back) some credit for that one since I was in the kitchen all day. This was a week after his birthday I should add, since I just wasn't up for it on the real day.

Here's some pics of Piggie's impromptu birthday party my MIL threw for him on his actual birthday when I was still a little down and out from giving birth a week before, as you can see from my eyebrows. Pay no attention to them.
