To me, these taste like a mix between pancakes and french toast. They’re really really really REALLY easy to make, and even though you use a lot of eggs, they don’t taste eggy. I loved them! Oh, and they will bubble up in the oven but go down some once removed from the heat.
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Dust pancake with confectioners’ sugar; serve immediately with syrup.
