The extra (uncovered) currency reserves, the release of new Soviet money would be caused by not creating credit money, but with the withdrawal of unnecessary ruble funds from the administrative sector. This seizure would be committed by exchanging rubles to a new Chervonets (LF), that is, a new Soviet currency. Such an "emission mechanism" does not provide parallel overflow of goods from the first sector in the second, because the owners of rubles earned their money the production and implementation of goods and services. The emission method, of course, would lead to an inflationary price increase in new worms. But this will not interfere with the system: the speaker rate balances the demand and supply for convertible currencies from the owners of new worms, and the prices balance demand and supply to goods in this sector. The question is different: how to fluctuate the course of the new Chervonz - to the ruble or to convertible currencies? The answer is obvious: if we want to preserve convertibility and prices increase due to unnecessary new worm produced in turnover, then it is the course of them to convertible currencies should be flexible - devalued to such a level in which imported goods can really compete with Soviet goods for solvent demand for buyers .
It is assumed that the inflationary pressure will not lead to the decay of the market, if the rise in prices does not exceed a certain line. This implies that although it makes no sense to ensure that the relationship between the value of goods entering the market and the money supply in circulation (since the adaptation of two sides is entrusted to each other to the price mechanism), but still the amount of conversion rubles in the NC should be regulated by limiting persons who will be allowed to exchange and establish the exchange conditions. Here we approached the most difficult issues of the concept: how to separate two sectors from each other, how will the money and goods come from the first sector in the second one?
The maintenance of most of those produced new worms should be left at the disposal of profit enterprises. In other words, the enterprises that fulfilled the plan will receive in return for profits in rubles - LF. Naturally, mandatory planning directives (planned tasks or government orders) should not cover the entire production capacity of enterprises, and after the introduction of the NF, in no case will their increase be allowed. To comply with the plans should be monitored by local councils. In the first year, all superplant products, and from the second - all the growth of products must be implemented in wholesale or retail trade for LF or exported. This looks so fun! We don't do one-on-one activities with our kids enough, but you've definitely made me want to, even if this post is about a family walk! Now that it's cooling down we like going on walks in the evening before bed, and it has been so nice just to get out of the house! We'll have to try those Clif bars! The Oatmeal Cookie one sounds amazing!

I've missed your blog. So happy that I thought to check out your fb page and come visit. I'm never disappointed. Your free printable is the cutest thing ever. My children would love to do this daily.
How about winter walks though, you participate in those?! ? Oh wait... You're in Arizona (or somewhere) with sunshine year round. It's about to be a blizzard mess with snow to my waist in a couple months!!! =) Lol

Monica, long time no see!! I'm glad to hear you're doing well! Haha we definitely don't have to deal with blizzards but we have the opposite, 115 degree summer days, so I feel ya on certain parts of the year being near impossible to go on walks. Actually I feel like our "winter" months are coming to an end and we can finally venture outside without it feeling like an oven haha! ?

We are big on family walks. All great benefits, especially getting some of that energy out, haha!

My kids and I love going on walks! But, our neighborhood isn't really the best for it. It isn't horrible, but it's not particularly safe either. I'm hoping that by this time next year, we will be in a new house and in a new, family-friendly neighborhood. Then we will be walking all the time!
Jessica Dimas
I hope you are too Marietta! I could definitely understand that situation, I've lived in some places before that were safe but were just...questionable haha.

Hi Jessica! Family walks are the best ? We have some of the best conversations with the girls when we go on walks. We definitely need to do them more often
