So....dang....refreshing.
Ingredients:
- A quarter of a cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Splash of orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp flax seed (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
